This exciting month-long program is designed for teens aged 13-17 who are passionate about cooking and eager to develop their culinary skills.  Through hands-on instructions and experimentation, our apprentices will explore a variety of cooking techniques, from fundamental knife skills to advanced baking and decorating.

Throughout the programs, we’ll take a culinary journey around the world, exploring different regions, styles and flavors.  Our experienced instructors will guide your aspiring chef every step of the way.

By the end of the program, you’ll have gained valuable experience, confidence, and skills in the kitchen, as well as a new community of friends who share the same passion for cooking.  Plus you’ll take home a comprehensive recipe book featuring all the dishes learned.
